Hello! I’m Tara, a public-artist whose work is focused on community and connection. This project, Welcome Voices, is a new experiential sculpture that will connect with Charlotte newcomers to create an authentic sense of welcome. It’s also meant to start conversations around the number of people moving to Charlotte daily and how our community is growing.
